Unit Manager/RN Supervisor at Care One

CareOne is hiring a Unit Manager for its Somerset Valley facility, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities across multiple shifts. The role oversees daily clinical-unit staffing, resident care quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, staff assignments and performance, admission and medication processes, and direct nursing care as needed. Applicants must be an actively licensed registered nurse in the assigned state(s), have previous supervisory experience, and two years of long-term care experience; a bachelor's degree or graduation from an approved RN program is preferred, while acute care experience is preferred.
