Unit Manager/RN Supervisor at Care One

CareOne at Weymouth is hiring a Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination and clinical quality of an assigned long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, or skilled nursing unit. The role manages staffing, resident care, documentation, regulatory compliance, staff assignments and discipline, admission processes, care plans, medication administration, and resident safety, while also providing direct nursing care as needed. The position requires an active RN license, previous supervisory experience, and two years of long-term care experience; a bachelor's degree or approved RN program is preferred, and acute care experience is preferred. Compensation is $106,080 to $114,400 per year.
