Description
FOI is hiring a Unit Manager to lead the operations, scientific quality, personnel, resources, client dialogue, project follow-up, recruitment, and quality work of a new underwater research unit. The role reports to the Head of the Business Area and collaborates with other unit managers to develop the Underwater Technology business area within the Defense Technology Division. The position is permanent, may begin with a six-month probationary period, and requires a relevant natural science or technical degree, personnel-management experience, and Swedish and English proficiency. Swedish citizenship and security vetting are required.
