FOI is hiring a Unit Manager to lead the operations, scientific quality, and future needs of a new underwater research unit. The role covers personnel management, resource planning, client dialogue, project follow-up, recruitment, quality assurance, performance and salary reviews, and collaboration with other unit managers and the business area director. The unit will focus on underwater research, method development, sensor evaluation, prototype development, sea trials, and knowledge transfer to the Swedish Armed Forces and other stakeholders. The position is permanent, may begin with a six-month probationary period, and requires Swedish citizenship and security vetting.
