Ashland is hiring a Unit Operational Reliability Coordinator for its Natrosol (HEC) specialty-ingredients plant in Hopewell, Virginia. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role supports manufacturing safety, production, compliance, and quality; owns unit equipment reliability and maintenance prioritization; troubleshoots issues; manages risk, compliance, incident and root-cause analysis activities; coordinates resources and projects; and develops expense and capital justifications. The position requires a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field, 5–10 years of chemical plant manufacturing experience, and Delta-V and SAP experience.
