Children’s Minnesota is hiring a regular 0.6 FTE Unit Operations Coordinator for the pediatric emergency department at its St. Paul hospital. The role provides front-line customer service and administrative support for families, staff, providers, and visitors, handles phone calls and deliveries, directs visitors, supports patient care on the unit, and serves as the unit technology resource. The position is daytime hours with every third weekend coverage, and requires strong computer, communication, problem-solving, and basic medical terminology skills; a high school diploma and one year of patient care setting experience are preferred.
