The Unit People Partner is responsible for the People function of a Product Unit, partnering with the Leadership Team on strategy and HR topics, developing culture and organizational structure, coordinating hiring, performance management, and compensation, and managing talent development and the employee life cycle. The role requires a relevant degree and at least eight years of strategic HR experience, with strong organizational development, people-process, and employee-life-cycle expertise.
