Description
O-I is hiring a Unit Plant Manager to operate and manage the production lines of an assigned furnace on a 24-hour, 7-day basis. The role is responsible for achieving safety, quality, cost, productivity, and flexibility goals; leading continuous improvement and projects; conducting production and TPC meetings; meeting plant KPIs; and managing personnel and processes. The position requires glass manufacturing and manufacturing leadership experience, with cold-end experience preferred, and offers a salary of $120,000–$130,000 plus a possible 15% short-term incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.
