Description
The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care and personal assistance, including bathing, dressing, feeding, positioning, vital signs, and activities of daily living. The role also supports patient care by preparing patients for tests and procedures, maintaining supplies and equipment, answering phones and emails, entering and retrieving patient data, transcribing orders, maintaining medical records, scheduling services, and communicating patient changes to registered nurses.
