Description
This PRN position provides direct patient care and personal assistance, including bathing, dressing, feeding, positioning, vital-sign monitoring, and preparation for tests and procedures. The role also supports reception and telephone operations, patient scheduling, electronic and paper medical-record maintenance, order transcription, supply inventory, and communication with physicians, patients, families, and clinical staff. It requires a high school diploma or GED, less than one year of relevant experience, Basic Life Support upon hire, and prefers Certified Nurse Aide certification and unit-secretary or medical-terminology training.
