Description
The Unit Transformation Partner / Agile Coach will actively develop the Product Unit, strengthen leadership and collaboration, and support effective organizational transformation. The role includes developing agile structures, optimizing value and team flow, coaching leaders and teams, facilitating workshops and training, applying systemic interventions, and supporting SAFe release train engineering activities. Candidates need several years of experience in agile coaching, transformation, organizational development, or release train engineering, along with knowledge of agile principles, SAFe, facilitation, coaching, and change management.
