FNB is hiring a Universal Advisor Lead to provide administrative and risk support for a branch, assist with customer migration to electronic banking channels, manage cash and ATM processes, guide customers toward digital banking, and maintain compliance and operational standards. The role requires Grade 12 or NQF Level 4, with NQF Level 5 in a relevant field preferred, and 1–3 years of branch administration, operations, or compliance experience.
