Description
The role serves as a branch member-service and loan-processing specialist for a credit union. It welcomes and guides members, explains services, opens and closes accounts, resolves account discrepancies, troubleshoots technology issues, and recommends financial products. The position also originates, evaluates, closes, and services consumer loans; processes non-automated transactions; balances cash and ATM+ machines; supports branch audits and security; and reports potential fraud. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of service-oriented experience are required, while financial-institution cash-handling experience and strong math skills are preferred.
