Description
The Universal Banker represents Fidelity Bank customers, builds relationships, recommends banking products, handles transactions through the Teller Pod, and delivers an exceptional customer experience across branch touch points. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of public-facing experience, at least one year of sales experience, strong communication and cash-handling skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Supervisory experience and prior banking or financial services experience are preferred.
