C&N is hiring a Universal Banker to provide personalized customer service, process teller and account transactions, open consumer and business deposit accounts, educate customers about digital banking solutions, recommend products and services, and support neighboring branch locations as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and less than one year of related customer service, retail, cash handling, or banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
