Description
The Universal Banker provides FirstBank service excellence through accurate transaction processing, customer needs discovery, product and service recommendations, and relationship building with community businesses and consumer clients. The role supports Financial Center Manager operations, may include teller or teller manager duties, and requires adherence to bank procedures, security protocols, and risk management policies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while at least one year of experience is required and specific bank experience is preferred.
