CCFBank is hiring a full-time Universal Banker to provide customer service, process retail and commercial deposits, open and close accounts, assist with branch operations, and support cross-selling. The role is based in Oakdale, Minnesota through early December 2026, with the branch relocating permanently to Hudson, Wisconsin in early December 2026; candidates must work on-site in Minnesota until relocation is complete. The position requires an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or three years of directly related experience, plus two years of financial-services teller experience and two years of customer-service experience. Compensation is $18.50–$23.60 per hour, with an annual bonus of 1.5%–3% of salary and comprehensive health, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
