CCFBank is hiring a full-time Universal Banker to provide customer service, process retail and commercial deposits, open and close accounts, assist with branch operations, and support cross-selling. The role is currently based in Oakdale, Minnesota, with an expected relocation to Hudson, Wisconsin in December 2026. Candidates need an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or three years of directly related experience; two years of financial-services teller experience and two years of customer-service experience are also required. The position pays $18.50–$23.60 per hour and includes health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
