Description
The Universal Banker provides full-range retail banking services, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account openings, safe deposit box rentals, loan payments, product recommendations, customer support, and branch closing procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or preferred accounting, business, or finance degree, 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays, and the position includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage plus other employee benefits.
