Description
The Teller opens, maintains, and closes bank accounts; processes savings, checking, loan, safe-deposit, tax, and withdrawal transactions; handles cash drawers, checks, money orders, vault cash, and teller overrides; balances teller accounts; supports sales and referral goals; coordinates with the branch manager; and provides customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of retail banking experience including cash handling, and strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Supervisory and sales experience are preferred.
