Description
The Retail Banking Teller provides customer service and processes financial transactions in a retail banking environment, including deposits, currency and coin handling, check cashing, account openings, and deposit-product services. The role also involves consultative product recommendations, cross-selling, referrals, outbound prospecting, loan-application support, client issue resolution, compliance, and assistance with banking-center operations and new-associate training. The position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM and requires a high school diploma or GED, with one year of teller experience preferred.
