Description
The Universal Banker processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash and cashier’s checks, opens accounts, resolves customer issues, researches transaction errors, and recommends banking products. The role also manages cash drawers, completes compliance paperwork, assists with end-of-day branch tasks, and may travel to other branches. A high school diploma or GED is required, while at least two years of bank teller and/or platform experience is preferred.
