The Universal Banker performs client service, teller, and administrative duties in a branch setting. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, opening and maintaining retail deposit accounts, processing transactions, maintaining cash drawers and vaults, providing safe deposit box access, cross-selling bank products, and following federal and state regulations. The role requires a high school diploma, previous cash-handling experience, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong communication, computer, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. The position is largely office-based, may require occasional travel and a Saturday rotation, and offers an annual salary of $37,962.06 to $53,593.50.
