Description
The Universal Banker supports both teller and personal banker duties in a retail banking branch, handling customer transactions, explaining bank products and services, growing deposits, building customer relationships, and meeting customer financial goals. The role requires a high school education, knowledge of banking products, Microsoft Office and SharePoint, basic accounting and math skills, familiarity with the Federal Reserve Banking System, and the ability to work professionally and collaboratively. One year of banking, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
