Description
The Universal Banker provides customer service, processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, bonds, and other transactions, and sells and services consumer and business banking products. The role includes account opening and maintenance, cross-selling, referrals, customer relationship development, regulatory compliance, branch operations, and occasional receptionist duties at the Winsted Branch. It requires a high school diploma or equivalency, 3 to 6 months of relevant banking, retail, or sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for extended or weekend hours.
