HomeTrust Bank is hiring a Universal Banking Associate to provide elite customer service, process teller transactions, open and maintain consumer and business accounts, handle deposits and withdrawals, process loans and payments, serve as an IRA specialist, and promote retail and business banking products. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of public-contact or sales experience, financial-institution experience, strong technology and banking-system knowledge, regulatory compliance knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position also requires successful completion of in-house training within one year of accepting the position.
