Description
The Community Banking Intern will rotate through Retail Banking and Consumer, Business, Agricultural, and Mortgage Lending departments, gaining exposure to credit review, operations, lending, wealth management, banking systems, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities include observing customer interactions, processing transactions, handling cash, shadowing loan files, preparing underwriting information, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The role requires at least one year of business-related coursework or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, and on-site employment.
