LECO is hiring a full-time Universal Utility Operator in St. Joseph, Michigan, working 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with possible overtime. The role floats between departments and supports fiber mixing and forming, machining, inspection, mold setup, machine operation, cycle adjustment, drill press and band saw operation, CNC loading and unloading, and lift-truck operation. The position requires attention to detail, blueprint reading, hand and power tool use, basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, safety compliance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
