MISUMI Americas is hiring a University Applications Engineer to serve as the technical ambassador between MISUMI and universities across North America. The role manages university relationships, develops partnerships with faculty and student organizations, creates engagement plans, supports design projects and workshops, advises on component selection and engineering workflows, and tracks adoption outcomes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 2–5 years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or design engineering, CAD proficiency, and the ability to travel 50% annually in the United States and Canada. The salary range is $70,000–$90,000 USD based on experience.
