Enko Education is hiring University Guidance Counselors across multiple locations in Africa on part-time-to-full-time and temporary-to-permanent contracts. The role supports students in identifying and applying to universities and scholarships, provides personalized academic and career guidance, organizes workshops and university fairs, coordinates with school leadership and university partners, tracks application progress, and maintains accurate documentation. Candidates need a higher education degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field, proven experience in student advising or university or career counseling, strong communication skills, knowledge of international admissions processes, and proficiency in English and the local language.
