MANTECH is hiring a full-time Unmanned Aerial Systems Expert for a hybrid Washington, D.C. position requiring one day onsite and four days remote per week. The role serves as a senior subject matter expert and technical authority for UAS and sUAS, advises on requirements and policies, directs junior and intermediate engineers, supports test activities and acquisition decisions, and bridges mission requirements with technical implementation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field, at least 12 years of UAS and sUAS experience, knowledge of aviation policy, 14 CFR Part 107, uncrewed aircraft systems, and DHS acquisition and systems engineering, plus active Top Secret clearance. The projected compensation range is $116,400 to $194,900, with health insurance and other benefits available.
