EVIO is seeking a mid-level, full-time Operations Manager to support the ramp-up of its electric regional aircraft program. The role covers operational execution across supply chain, logistics, production planning, and facilities management; establishes agile workflows; collaborates with engineering, quality, financial management, and leadership teams; and anticipates bottlenecks and supply risks. Candidates should have an operations, supply chain, logistics, business administration, or industrial engineering background, strong organizational and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage complexity in a high-growth startup environment.
