Description
Sanitarium is hiring a Machine Operator for the Beverages Department at Berkeley Vale to operate and monitor manufacturing and packing machinery, coordinate with RMA and filling areas, mix batches, oversee the UHT process, send treated batches to fillers, record data, test products, and maintain hygiene. The role reports to the Senior Team Leader on night shifts and requires a forklift licence or willingness to obtain one, manual handling capability, food-safety compliance, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills. Previous night-shift experience is preferred, and the selection process includes interviews, reference checks, police checks, and medical and functional assessments.
