Description
The Upholsterer II performs aircraft interior upholstery and trim work, including interpreting patterns, cutting and sewing fabrics, covering flight-control surfaces, preparing aircraft surfaces, installing carpeting, and assembling components. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of aircraft-interior or relevant upholstery experience, knowledge of upholstery and fabrics, sewing-machine operation, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Compensation is $26.41–$39.62, with performance-based cash and equity incentives, and benefits include healthcare insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other insurance and bonus opportunities.
