CEO is hiring a Universal Pre-Kindergarten teacher to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for 3- to 4-year-old children in its federally funded Early Head Start/Head Start program serving Rensselaer County. The role includes classroom guidance, family and staff collaboration, documentation, lesson planning, individualization, and use of daily routines to support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a New York State Pre-Kindergarten or B-2 certification, preschool-teaching experience, and U.S. work authorization. The position pays $28 per hour for a 30-hour-per-week, 10-month schedule and includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
