The role oversees academic outcomes, IB Career-related Programmes, classical curriculum, teacher development, school culture, project execution, compliance, family engagement, and postsecondary readiness. Candidates need a master’s degree in education, leadership, or a related field, at least five years of school leadership experience, and a demonstrated record of driving student academic achievement. The position offers a salary of $150,000–$165,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
