Description
Mount Vernon School is hiring an experienced Upper School Mathematics Substitute to serve as a full-time, temporary math team member on leave during the 2026–27 school year. The role covers a full teaching load, including possible Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II; carries forward curriculum, pacing, and assessment plans; co-designs instruction; supports students and families; and completes grading and progress documentation. The position is available January 2027 through April 2027 and requires a bachelor's degree in mathematics education, mathematics, or a related field, with secondary mathematics teaching experience preferred.
