Description
The Upper School Principal leads GIA’s Grades 6–12 school as a senior instructional and operational leader, reporting to the Head of School. The role oversees curriculum and teaching quality, IB Diploma Programme and Advanced Placement delivery, student wellbeing, faculty development, assessment and reporting, operations and budgeting, compliance, community engagement, and accreditation. It is a full-time, 12-month position in Georgetown, Guyana, with occasional evenings or weekends for events, and requires a master’s degree, valid teaching qualification, and secondary-level leadership experience.
