Everything Managed is seeking an experienced Upsell Agent to join their team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling queries, generating sales through upsells and cross-sells, educating customers on legislation, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and ideally Salesforce CRM.
