Artelia’s Normandy agency is hiring a Project Manager to lead urban planning and utility/earthworks projects, design infrastructure, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor technical and financial performance, and serve as the primary contact for clients and owners. The role requires a Master’s degree (BAC+5) and experience in project management or infrastructure design; skills in stormwater management, eco-design, environmental regulation, and AutoCAD or Covadis are advantageous. The position is based in Caen, Normandy, France, with flexible work arrangements including teleworking and chosen part-time work.
