Permanent nursing position in a 24-hour Urgent Care Unit in Jardim Independência, São Paulo. The nurse provides urgent and emergency patient care, performs triage and nursing systematization, supervises nursing staff, manages medications and supplies, maintains clinical records, supports infection prevention and patient safety, and ensures compliance with COREN, municipal health, institutional, and data-protection requirements. Applicants need a nursing degree, a relevant specialization, Manchester Risk Classification System certification, active professional registration, and at least six months of nursing experience.
