Description
OpenExchange is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to own API integrations from pre-sales scoping through implementation, testing, enablement, and ongoing support. The role works with Sales, Product, Engineering, Event Delivery, and Client Support; is client-facing; and is remote in the United States or United Kingdom with occasional travel. It requires experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, integration consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role, along with strong REST API, Postman, authentication, testing, documentation, and training skills. Financial-services or regulated-environment experience, webcasting or live-delivery familiarity, and Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce experience are desirable.
