Description
HelloFresh is hiring an Associate Director, Packaging Science to provide technical leadership for packaging systems that safely and efficiently deliver fresh food. The role owns packaging specifications, thermal and distribution requirements, qualification and validation programs, supplier technical requirements, risk governance, and continuous improvement across food safety, cold-chain, quality, logistics, operations, sustainability, and customer experience. It requires 8–12+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, and expertise in packaging materials, thermal testing, and packaging qualification. The position is based in multiple locations, with Newark, New Jersey and Illinois pay ranges provided.
