Factor, a HelloFresh brand, is hiring a Labor Planning Analyst to support labor planning for U.S. distribution centers. The role validates labor plans, improves headcount, attrition, scheduling, and cohort-balancing processes, tracks plan deviations, solves problems, and serves as a technical liaison between Planning, Data, and Engineering teams. The position requires advanced spreadsheet, SQL, Tableau, statistical forecasting, workflow automation, and data-analysis skills, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing. It is a hybrid day-shift role from Tuesday through Saturday, with an Illinois pay range of $63,000 to $67,500 USD.
