The Senior Manager, Planning Excellence will define and lead the roadmap for planning analytics, tools, reporting infrastructure, and process optimization across the Factor network. The role owns data-driven decision-making, scalable planning solutions, cross-functional alignment with Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and Tech, and the development of a high-performing team of analysts and managers. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, 401K company match, team bonus opportunities, health and wellness benefits, flexible attendance, and an Illinois pay range of $127,890 to $147,900 USD.
