Description
The Sr. Staffing Associate supports temporary labor staffing operations at a food manufacturing or production facility in Aurora, Illinois. Responsibilities include staffing order fulfillment, staffing agency management, compliance and safety training, workforce interventions, reporting, billing reconciliation, and coordination with staffing partners and the Vendor Management System. The role requires at least three years of staffing or human resources experience, knowledge of employment laws and recruitment, coaching skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
