Genentech is hiring a US Distribution Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of a multi-node United States distribution network supporting life-saving therapies. The role owns distribution strategy, people leadership, cGMP and regulatory compliance, supply chain resilience, risk mitigation, DSCSA serialization, business continuity, SAP TMS and EWM systems, and network-level performance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, senior leadership experience, at least 15 years of supply chain or distribution experience, and expertise in regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device distribution. The expected California-based salary is $232,900 to $432,500, with a discretionary annual bonus and approved relocation benefits.
