GHD is seeking a Senior Navy Capture & Proposal Manager to support the U.S. Navy business by developing capture plans, pursuit strategies, competitive assessments, and win strategies; coordinating teaming and subcontractor activities; and leading proposal management through development, quality review, delivery, and interview preparation. The role requires Navy experience, strong capture planning and proposal execution skills, the ability to manage complex federal proposals and large technical teams, and a proven record of improving win probability.
