Description
The Associate Director of Workforce Staffing Operations leads and improves HelloFresh’s staffing delivery program across its US distribution center network, managing internal and external staffing vendors, contingent workforce partners, and a team of staffing associates and leads. The role owns cost-per-hire, staffing performance metrics, sourcing solutions, talent pipelines, continuous improvement, reporting, and infrastructure investments, while partnering with HR, operations, labor planning, and finance. It requires at least seven years of workforce staffing management experience, preferably in distribution or warehousing, and offers competitive hourly pay, 401(k) matching, health and wellness benefits, PTO, and equity eligibility.
