The Mortgage File Review Specialist reviews incoming mortgage files, completes order-outs, sets up Encompass files, calculates income for wage earners and self-employed borrowers, coordinates credit and appraisal orders, collects required documents, and tracks outstanding files to prevent funding delays. The role requires mortgage industry experience and experience with order-outs and calling third parties; Encompass experience and finance or accounting experience are plus qualifications.
